Kay has been taking care of all of the clients and employees for more than 10 years. She knows who likes Starbucks and who needs decaf! Hers is usually the first friendly voice you'll hear when you call the office. Kay and her husband Joe are at seven children and 10 grandchildren...and counting.

She does volunteer work raising money for Emergency Pregnancy Service and the Birth Center of Jacksonville.
